Can you touch your toes?

Try it. Keep your feet together, knees straight and reach down. If you can touch your toes, great. If it’s not even close and you’re a golfer, tight hamstrings can contribute to a loss of posture, poor rotation, compression and a sore lower back. Hip inflexibility can also affect the length of the hamstring muscle itself.

Parents: this movement is fundamental to a child’s Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) and should be addressed before beginning a weight lifting program. As a human being, the great news is that you can improve this movement regardless of age or athletic ability.

The solution to this issue and other health & fitness opportunities will be available through multiple clinics available this Fall on Zoom.

There will also be up-coming online clinics such as PGA Swing & Stretch, Distance with Dumbbells, Junior Power Development.

It is vital to keep your spirit and immune system high during these unprecedented times. Take advantage of the off-season from the comfort of your home. 2022 will be here soon.

Plant your winter garden now and add yards & years to your swing!
